How do I calculate door and frame sizes?
Standard leaves are 70×200, 80×200 and 90×200 cm. With the frame, the door set is 7 cm wider and 5 cm taller than the leaf. Allowing for mounting foam, the wall opening should be 10 cm wider and 5 cm taller than the leaf — e.g. 90×205 cm for an 80 cm leaf. Frame depth (10–18 cm) is chosen to match the wall.
Is hardware included with door sets?
A door set includes the leaf, 3 frame pieces and 5 casings. Hardware sets (handle, lock, hinges, seal — KK-01 to KK-04) are optional. Glass is not included on glazed models.
Are doors handed (left/right)?
No. Leaves are rebate-free and can be hung either way.
Do you make custom sizes?
Yes. For projects and dealers we manufacture to your sizes, colours and hardware. Send your door schedule through the quote form.
Where are your doors made? Can I see the products?
Our doors are made in our factories in Kastamonu and Afyonkarahisar (Şuhut OSB). You can see the models at our showroom and bonded warehouse at İOSB Keresteciler Sitesi, Block 23 No:19-21, Başakşehir, Istanbul.
