- Core: kiln-dried, knot-free fir with 6 mm MDF faces
- 45 mm leaf, rebate-free
- Infill: kraft honeycomb
- Bead-less glazing cut-outs to suit the model
- Casing: tongue-fit, rounded wood-grain MDF
- Seal in the frame groove for air and sound insulation
- Cellulose or patina finish from the colour chart
- Knock-down; frame fixed with PU foam, casings with silicone
Dimensions
- Standard leaf: 70×200, 80×200, 90×200 cm
- Frame depth: 10, 12, 14 cm (16 and 18 cm at extra cost)
- Casing: 7.5 cm
- Custom sizes for projects on request
Package contents

- 5 casings (4 long + 1 long to be cut for the short sides)

Installation and wall opening
With the frame, the door set is 7 cm wider and 5 cm taller than the leaf. Allowing for mounting foam, the wall opening should be 10 cm wider and 5 cm taller than the leaf — e.g. a 90×205 cm opening for an 80 cm leaf. Leaves are rebate-free, so they are not handed (left/right).
